Senior Associate, Associate Professor, School of Kinesiology of Health Studies, Queen’s University
I spent my childhood and early adult life in Ghana prior to pursuing graduate studies in the sub-discipline of health geography at the University of Waterloo. My graduate research focused on environmental collective action and health in Kenya. My broad areas of interest and scholarly contributions include environmental collective action, health equity, environmental stress and psychosocial health, community based participatory research, health systems resilience to climate change, and safe water and sanitation interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa. My most recent scholarly publications are listed here. I currently hold a faculty position as Assistant Professor in the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen’s University at Kingston. I live in Kingston with my partner (Josephine) and little girl (Suma).
