CEHE Director named Canada Research Chair

Jeff Masuda photoWe are pleased to announce that Jeff Masuda has been named Canada Research Chair (Tier II) in Environmental Health Equity.

This award comes alongside the recent move of The Centre for Environmental Health Equity (CEHE) base of operations to Kingston, where Jeff holds an appointment as Associate Professor in the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies and Department of Geography at Queen’s University.

The transition to Queen’s and the launch of the Chair is great news for the CEHE and our partners. Now into our 5th year, the Chair will provide an exciting new platform for accelerating CEHE research into action that promotes healthy environments for all Canadians. Queen’s offers world-class research facilities and and ideal training environment to support outstanding graduate student research.

Prospective students and communities that are interested to learn more about getting involved in CEHE projects are encouraged to contact us at info@cehe.ca
